PROCESS ENGINEERING TECHNICAL LEAD
Location : Palo Alto, CA
Reports to : General Manager
Compensation : $140 - $160K
Responsibilities & Requirements of the PROCESS ENGINEERING TECHNICAL LEAD :
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or chemical engineering or a related field required
- 7 years’ experience in progressive engineering roles within an established manufacturing setting - experience in plating technology including gold, silver, electroless and electrolytic processes is a huge plus
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading complex technical projects
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of plating processes to meet industry and customer requirements
- Oversee all critical aspects of projects including working with project team, timelines, and resources
- Lead R&D efforts to innovate and refine plating technologies and meet customer needs
- Develop leading solutions by following emergings technologies and best practices within
- the plating industry
- Collaborate with customers and manufacturing team to refine processes, ensure quality,
- and drive process improvements
- Experience with additive, subtractive, and 3D print manufacturing is a plus!
- Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus!
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
