Manufacturing Systems Manager
Location: Ogden, UT
Reports to: Production Manager
Compensation: $50 - $75K

Your Role:
Will oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of manufacturing execution systems (MES) to enhance production efficiency. This role involves system management, project coordination, data analysis, training, and hiring support to strengthen manufacturing operations. Assist in designing the machine shop layout for the Ogden facility to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency and assisting with hiring and onboarding qualified machinists.
What You’ll Do:
• Utilize application programs including ShopVue, Machine Metrics, and Esprit.
• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing execution system (MES) ShopVue.
• Monitor system performance, identify problems, and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT support for complex problems.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Lead the implementation of new manufacturing systems or upgrades to existing systems.
What You’ll Bring:
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing systems management or related fields.
• Experience with ShopVue, Machine Metrics, and Esprit.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
