PLANT MECHANIC
Location: Utah County
Reports to: Plant Supervisor
Compensation:$40 - $45/hour OT (DOE)
Type:Fully Onsite

Your Role:
You'll bridge traditional processes with cutting-edge automation as our Plant Mechanic. You'll ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot issues, becoming the go-to expert for maintenance and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and maintain Columbia machinery equipment performance.
- Diagnostics and repairs of hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial electrical systems.
- Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Utilize technology and sensors for advanced troubleshooting.
- Maintain and optimize performance in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Develop strong relationships with equipment manufacturers to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience repairing and maintaining Columbia and/or Besser machinery.
- Strong knowledge of heavy electrical systems, hydraulics, and welding.
- Mechanical expertise in maintaining and repairing large industrial equipment.
- Previous experience in the concrete or masonry industry.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs and diagnostics (preferred).
- Leadership skills and the ability to train junior mechanics.
