House Manager Responsibilities:
- Foster teamwork and provide ongoing training and coaching for employees.
- Create and manage weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are filled.
- Support participants with medication-related tasks, such as reminders, documentation, and coordination with healthcare providers.
- Assist participants with daily living tasks, personal care, and working on programs/goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked living environment.
- Attend weekly meetings and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Be on-call during evenings and rotating weekends for participant or staff issues.
- Coordinate and schedule transportation for participant appointments and relay necessary updates to the team.
Qualifications (Required for All Staff in the Home):
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Assistance with Medications, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping others.
- Physically able to stand, move, and perform caregiving tasks for extended periods.

Salary: From $18 per hour, DOE. $18 per hour wage includes quarterly bonus. Base hourly wage starts at $17 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 7 am-3 pm
- Monday to Thursday
- On call Rotation
Supplemental pay types:
