Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train aquatics staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality facilities.
- Purchase and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Develop and implement schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor work orders, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pool maintenance or related field.
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and resort management software.
