We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Supervisor to join our team at Spectrum Resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our aquatics department, ensuring that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of field operations, including troubleshooting equipment, verifying daily checklists, and completing work orders.
- Purchase inventory, safeguard supplies, equipment, and tools, and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Develop team member work schedules, coordinate training needs, and assist with recruitment and discipline.
- Monitor team member performance, conduct reviews, and implement incentives to promote excellence.
- Interface with outside suppliers, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in implementing process improvements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years' experience in pool maintenance, with a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certificate or ability to obtain.
- Basic working knowledge of tools and ability to use them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and basic computer skills to include Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and resort management software.
- Ability to stand during entire shifts, lift and carry 50 lbs., and work in tight areas and inclement weather.
