Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming service calls and resolve customer inquiries
- Enter service work orders into our system and dispatch them to field workers
- Monitor open work orders and provide updates to clients
- Assist with cleaning duties and other tasks as needed

- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
Physical Requirements
