TURQUOISE PLACE FLOOR TECHNICIAN
This position is responsible for maintaining floors to include tile and carpet in the condo units. Position will deliver WORLD CLASS cleanliness and service to all guests / owners.
Job Tasks :
- Maintain condo tower floors to include tile, carpet, and outside areas.
- Operate floor care equipment to include buffers, sweepers, pressure washers.
- Move furniture as needed to clean flooring.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
- Prior floor care experience, preferred
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must possess excellent oral communication skills
- Must be able to stand / walk for entire shift
- Must be able to operate floor care equipment for entire shift
- Must be able to stand / walk for entire shift
- Must be able to lift / move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch
