As the first representative of the spa, Spa Receptionists are expected to provide exceptional customer service while displaying professionalism face to face as well as over the phone. Assists our guests with any needs while in spa for appointments, ex. Shows guests’ locker room area and helps with any request during their visit. Proper phone etiquette required. All Receptionists will be expected to work days, weekends-as well as some holidays.

Job Duties:
- Assist in maintaining the inventory and upkeep of all spa areas.
- Greet guests in person and on the phone.
- Check guests in for appointments.
- Assist guests with retail purchases.
- Assist in stocking /merchandising products
- Collect payment at completion of service and for retail purchases.
- Responsible for cleaning and replenishing laundry for spa.
- Assist spa/salon team with duties as requested.
- Perform opening/closing procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent guest service skills required
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have basic computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to learn property specific systems
- Prior spa/salon experience a plus!
- Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel
- Must be able to carry up to 20 lbs.
