This role includes responsibility to create best practice reports based on data mining and analysis, identify trends and opportunities for growth. This requires a clear understanding of the business needs and customer requirements, and the structure of the ERP and CRM systems. This position works directly with customer service specialists and the sales team on data issues and analysis and is responsible for problem analysis, communication and resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of customer data, customer product access, customer discounts, product pricing, and alignment with the JD Edwards ERP system.
- Manage company product pricing at part number level for customers by analyzing costs and using input from product line managers.
- Extract customer and sales data for periodic and episodic distribution to key stakeholders
- Create an infrastructure of data governance to ensure that Det-Tronics has processes, tools, and systems to keep our data clean. Create and circulate standard work documents to ensure consistent outputs for processes - both frequently and infrequently used.
- Analyze current pricing, discounting, and approval processes and recommend and implement standardization, automation, and new tools wherever possible and required.
- Create dashboards and reports for daily, monthly, and quarterly periodic bookings and sales by product, product type, customer, customer type, country, region, segment, etc. Generate trend charts / visualization, draw conclusions and make projections for management review.
- Identify and represent the needs of the Commercial team with the requirements and implementation teams deploying new CRM, eCommerce, and eBilling tools.
- Inculcate the use of tools such as VSM, Kaizen, Process Maps, and RAILs, to drive positive change.
- Meet and exceed the organization's KPIs and align with organizational strategies.
