Key Responsibilities :
As a Service Business Analyst for Det-Tronics Field Service, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining our service team's revenue functions and optimizing our processes.
- Your responsibilities will include supporting our service team with m maintaining our CRM system, providing insights to improve our operations and strategies, and leveraging the Det-Tronics internal CRM and other tools tools to standardize best practices across Det-Tronics business units.
- You will also be responsible for preparing monthly metrics and revenue statements and assisting with regular cross department meetings
- Establish appropriate KPIs and visual management tools for leaders, continuously aligning and collaborating to ensure sustainment and pipeline forecasting
- Collaborate with the Service and Aftermsrkrt team on monthly revenue forecasts, submitting to Services and Finance, and driving continuous improvement for accuracy
- Manage service sales funnels and use funnel data to generate accurate service sales forecasts
- Develop and administer budgets, plans, and performance goals to deliver on delivery and cost goals
- Assist in the development and implementation of service sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Leverage tools to streamline and standardize service operations, promoting best practices across the company
- Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Analyze service sales data and generate reports to provide insights on service trends, performance, and forecasts
- Collaborate with the SAM team to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement or modification, and suggest solutions for a more efficient operation
Utilize our standard Work process for uploading field service invoice memos into our system to generate billing for customer and production of Field Service revenue.
