Embroidery Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment and possess knowledge of garment construction. This role involves fabricating and sewing materials using industrial sewing machines, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to fabricate garments and other textile products.
• Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and assembling materials according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with garment construction techniques is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in operating sewing machines is essential for this role.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
