We’re currently seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager to join their growing team at the Fort Worth office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that values leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in research and application of complex accounting topics, including the adoption of new standards and handling of unique financial transactions.
- Drive initiatives focused on enhancing accounting processes and implementing system upgrades affecting the general ledger.
- Support the preparation and quality review of financial reports filed with the SEC, including quarterly and annual disclosures.
- Work closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Operations, Tax, and Licensing to fulfill both regular and special reporting needs.
- Conduct financial reviews to assess budget performance, explain variances, and evaluate specific business challenges or growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of Accounting Experience with management/supervisory experience
- CPA/CPA eligible preferred
- Great communication and presentation skills
