Investment Banking Associate-Depository Team
Our Investment Banking client wants to add an Associate to their Depository team. This team specializes in serving financial institutions' M&A and capital markets needs, including regional banks, mortgage lenders, and commercial finance companies. They provide expert advisory, market intelligence, and execution services to private and public clients across various transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead transaction execution, financial analysis, and modeling for M&A and capital markets deals.
Prepare Confidential Information Memorandums, presentations, and marketing materials.
Perform due diligence, industry research, and comparable company analysis.
Mentor analysts and contribute to team development.
Maintain client relationships and ensure seamless execution of live engagements.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2 years of investment banking experience or an MBA with 1 year in an associate role.
Proven experience in M&A or capital markets transactions, particularly with financial institutions.
Strong analytical, modeling, and client management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work.
Salary : $190,000 - $210,000
