Position: Sales Consultant
Location: Blaine, MN – onsite. Flexible schedules available.
Targeted Compensation for Year 1: $65,000 - $80,000/year* (includes base and commission)
*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission.
As you progress through the growth track after year 1, your earnings will increase with unlimited
commission potential.

What will you do in this role:
As a sales consultant you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business
opportunities and establishing client relationships including prospecting, lead generation, closing
new business. You will be the quarterback of an excellent and experienced support team including
admin, project management and design teams to assist you with preparing winning customer solutions.
You may be a match if:
• You have (3) Years of prior sales or client relationship experience.
• You have a proven track record of building relationships and serve all types of
business professionals.
• You are a strong communicator, both verbal and written.
• You possess confidence and mental toughness.
• You have a competitive spirit and are not afraid to ask tough questions.
• You are passionate and committed to helping clients achieve their expected
outcomes.
• You have experience using Microsoft Suite and CRM.
What Winning Looks Like:
• Make 40 qualified calls per week
• Prospect and generate leads through web research, cold calling and networking in
associations.
• Seek to understand customer goals and project expectations. Investigate and resolve customer
problems, obstacles, concerns and objections.
• Quarterback internal admin, design, project management teams on solution
models.
• Present customer solutions and sell the value of working with Spectrum Sign
Systems in person, via Zoom / Teams and on the phone.
• You manage your calendar well.
• Maintain Detailed Notes of all customer interactions in CRM.
