What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician position at Spectrum Solutions?
This is a traveling position of up to 95%. On a military site for 6-8 weeks at a time and home for a weekend and back to the site.
Responsibilities : Install and maintain electrical systems in accordance with local and national regulations. Perform high voltage electrical work safely and efficiently utilize voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues. Engage in frame carpentry as needed for electrical installations. Interpret schematics and blueprints to execute electrical projects accurately. Collaborate with team members to build and maintain industrial and commercial electrical systems.
MUST have a Journeyman or Master Electrical license.
MUST be willing to travel up to 95%.
MUST be able to obtain Secret security clearance, pass background check and have a clean driving record.
Required Skills :
Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in industrial or commercial settings. Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics and blueprints. Strong background in frame carpentry for electrical installations. Knowledge of voltage systems and safety protocols. Familiarity with using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical tools.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in building automation systems. Ability to interpret complex schematics accurately. Proficiency in blueprint reading for large-scale projects.
