Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct training programs for new hire Engineers and customer BMETs (Biomed Engineers) on our complete product line.
- Provide lectures to internal and external customers on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of the analyzer.
- Administer written and practical examinations and provide all employee grades to the Training Coordinator and/or Director TSG.
- Maintain training department equipment in excellent working condition.
- Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to the training facility and integrate it into the training program.
