RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter and maintain shipping and logistics data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices for inbound shipments.
- Cross-reference documents against purchase orders and inventory records to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Purchasing, Accounting, and Warehousing for document flow and status updates.
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with basic reporting and data audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
