SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and support marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing product launches, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive product launch strategies, including market analysis and business planning.
- Create and manage branded and unbranded promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Map customer journeys and define target personas to inform marketing strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies.
- Collaborate with sales, managed markets, regulatory affairs, and procurement teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support speaker programs and industry events.
- Design and deliver sales training programs and provide resources to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, and monitor competitive activity to guide strategic decisions.
- Ensure all promotional materials comply with FDA regulations and PhRMA guidelines.
- Manage the medical, legal, and regulatory approval processes for marketing content.
