Job Description
The Customer Service Advocate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes managing the end-to-end order process, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, and processing and coordinating customer sample requests and shipments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- End-to-End Order Management: Manage the order process from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Sample Requests and Shipments: Process and coordinate customer sample requests and shipments.
- Quality Assurance Coordination: Oversee and coordinate customer complaints, working closely with Quality Assurance (QA).
- Technical Documentation: Collaborate with the technical team to manage questionnaires and technical documentation.
- Change Notifications and Updates: Execute customer communication activities, including change notifications and updates.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve daily work processes to enhance efficiency and customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or commercial education background.
- Up to 3 years of international work experience, ideally in a value-added solutions environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in initiating customer interactions and maintaining professional engagement.
