RESPONSIBILITIES

- Continuously assess pricing performance by product, customer, and region, offering actionable recommendations to enhance competitiveness.
- Maintain detailed pricing documentation for transparency and consistency in decision-making processes.
- Conduct variance analyses to evaluate financial results against forecasts and pricing strategies.
- Build robust financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics, providing insights to guide resource allocation.
- Partner with leadership to deliver reports and presentations linking financial analysis to organizational goals.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to track pricing trends, margins, and financial performance.
- Design data models to forecast market shifts, revenue growth, and profitability trends.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support business improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with procurement to align pricing with supplier costs and identify margin optimization opportunities.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure pricing reflects market positioning and customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or FP&A roles.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and drive strategic insights.
- Experience in variance analysis and financial forecasting.
