We are currently looking for a Recruiter. Minimum six months of recruiting support or recruiting experience. The qualified candidate must be articulate and outgoing with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize, multitask, and have great time management and technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, social media). RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search and source candidates on primary job boards
- Interview candidates
- Review applicant resumes
- Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
- Prepare job descriptions, candidate testing
- Assist recruitment specialists in screening eligible candidates
- Preparing and forwarding resumes to hiring managers
- Prepare and post jobs on job search websites and social media
- Create new job orders, updating internal tracking board, and assigning candidates
- Maintain the internal candidate database
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
- Assist with new hire paperwork
- Conduct employment references
- Send start confirmations for contract employees
QUALIFICATIONS
- Six months of recruiting experience or recruiting support
- Excellent computer skills required (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, social media)
- Familiar with posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, X
- Confident communicator
- Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
- Excellent team working skills
- Very organized and responsible
- Excellent writing skills
