RESPONSIBILITIES

• You take pride in creating a positive work environment by cleaning the break room and conference rooms, sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash/recycling, sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture/fixtures, washing windows, etc.
• You take direction well and can report on the status of your projects regularly.
• You follow safety rules and procedures and are proactive in identifying areas of concern to management.
• You have a valid drivers license and good driving record to pick up and deliver supplies and materials.
• You read, speak, and write English.
• You are professional and approachable.
• You are able to lift/carry 50lbs with or without accommodation.
• You like preparing for events and can be depended upon for their setup (arranging chairs, tables, and equipment in meeting rooms and/or offsite venues).
• You understand that standing/walking for your entire shift is common for this position, as well as frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, and climbing stairs.

COMPENSATION: $20,000-$24,000
