Summary:
Spectrum, a leading service agency specializing in connecting skilled professionals with client opportunities in the autism support and services field, seeks a highly motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join our growing Business Development team. This key role will focus on expanding our client base, forging new business partnerships, and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within organizations needing talent in autism-related fields. Proactively research and target potential clients.
· Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing and prospective clients, thoroughly understanding their hiring needs and objectives.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. Actively manage client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
· Represent Spectrum at industry events, conferences, job fairs, and networking opportunities. Actively participate in professional development activities.
· Provide insightful market analysis and feedback to management, contributing to strategic business decisions.
· Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team.
· Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and placement processes for clients and candidates. Provide proactive and responsive support throughout the entire process.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
· Proven track record of success in business development, account management, or sales, ideally within the recruitment or support services for the disabled community . Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus but not required.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and teams.
· Goal-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, a proactive approach, and a demonstrable commitment to professional growth and success.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
