The Project Prep Technician is a hands-on role, ensuring the seamless flow of equipment for projects and maintaining high operational standards. From organizing gear to conducting basic repairs, you'll be at the core of shop efficiency and readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and load equipment for project mobilization in line with company procedures.
- Unload and inspect equipment returning from project job sites.
- Perform post-job audits and document findings.
- Test hose and fitting assemblies for quality assurance.
- Complete basic repairs on project equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate daily work logs and housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
- Engage in general labor tasks to support shop operations.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in building threaded fitting assemblies.
- Familiarity with water processing equipment is a plus.
- Proficient with basic hand tools and comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs.
- A responsible, coachable attitude with a dedication to safety and quality standards.
