Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and handle heavy materials with care.
- Utilize conventional and airless spray-painting equipment.
- Apply abrasive sandblasting techniques effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing general housekeeping and facility/grounds cleanup.
- Mechanical experience, including repair and maintenance of craft-specific equipment.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and experience operating specialized tools.
- Ability to lift at least 60 lbs comfortably.
- A responsible and coachable attitude with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
