In this role part time role, you are responsible for providing assistance to young adults living in Chittenden County up to the age of 26, within the target population of the Youth in Transition (YIT) Program. This position will assist young adults to secure information and connect to existing community services and resources. The Young Adult Peer Navigator must be of peer age to the population we serve. The Peer Navigator will work with young adults to ensure they will have adequate preparation and the necessary support to be productively engaged in the community and will assist in navigating systems and resources in the community. This is a part-time, hourly position with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Weekly hours may vary, with a maximum of up to 20 hours per week.
