This position provides support for youth staying in the Nightly Shelter. As an important part of this community, you’ll help youth achieve housing stability, heal from trauma, and accomplish their goals. Staff will model effective, appropriate, and timely communication with others regarding resident updates. Timely and accurate completion of record keeping is also essential to this position. This is a Monday - Friday shift with hours from 1:30 am - 9:30 am. It is an awake position; staff are expected to be awake during the entire shift. The Nightly Shelter Youth Coach is expected to participate in ongoing supervision and group supervision to address personal and programmatic development goals, care coordination, and training needs.
