You will accompany residents on meaningful activities such as job searches, volunteer opportunities, and recreational outings, fostering growth and independence. Administering medications responsibly and ensuring adherence to care plans is also an essential part of this role.

In addition to working directly with residents, you will maintain accurate and timely records. This includes documenting client progress, critical incidents, and other important information. Administrative tasks, such as managing timesheets, completing expense reports, and staying up-to-date with daily communications, are also key responsibilities.

Collaboration is central to this position. You will share regular updates about resident progress, medication management, and other critical information with your team. Participation in weekly staff meetings and bi-weekly supervision sessions is expected, fostering a cohesive and supportive team environment. You will also play a role in training new staff and contribute ideas to enhance and improve the program.

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, though a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. At least one year of experience working with at-risk youth in a residential or similar setting is essential. You should have a strong understanding of adolescent development, including mental health challenges, trauma, substance abuse, and life skills such as budgeting and employment preparation.

Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to set boundaries are critical for this role. We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and value respect for all backgrounds and identities. Adherence to organizational ethics, policies, and procedures is expected. From outings and appointments to in-house programming, you’ll be part of an active and dynamic environment. Full time positions are eligible for an excellent benefits package. Part time positions are eligible for Earned Time Off.

Work Environment:
