The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction supervision, with experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders. They will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports on project progress, costs, and safety performance.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in OSP construction work in the Telecom field.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, Associate's degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Valid CDL license with satisfactory driving record within Company required standards.
- Industry and vendor-specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E).
