Job Description
Spectrum is seeking a Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be the face of Spectrum's products and services, working directly with customers to install and repair services, and educating them on proper use of their equipment.
You will perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residential customers, all while providing world-class customer service. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
As a Field Technician, you will work independently in a variety of environments, including outdoors, using hand tools, and navigating different types of terrain. You will also have opportunities to learn new skills and advance your career through training and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
