What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counselor position at Spectrum?
Location : Concord, MA – Northeastern Correctional Center (NECC). This is an all-male minimum security correctional facility. This position will be for our General Population Services program.
Pay rate : $24.0385 / hour or $50,000 / annually. Salary differential is paid to those who are fluent in the Spanish language.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM. Potential for nights / weekends.
