About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Direct Sales Account Manager to join our Retail Partners sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing revenues by maximizing sales through managing the day-to-day relationship of assigned Retail Partners. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with owners from assigned partners to create and manage growth plans, providing account management including audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product knowledge support, customer concerns, brand compliance, and merchandising. You will also conduct regular meetings, training, and account reviews with assigned partners while ensuring they are maximizing Spectrum sales, as well as meeting quality standards and KPIs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience and track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
