ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to partner with current and former clients, connecting them with beneficial combinations of our modern enterprise technology solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will use consultative sales techniques to provide dedicated account management while working strategically to meet client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete our award-winning 12-week paid sales training to develop consultative sales skills and product knowledge
- Cultivate new opportunities and develop product solutions by consulting with former clients
- Develop long-term client relationships to support renewal and upsell opportunities
- Delveer product proposals and presentations to key decision-makers to close deals
- Field-based sales roles offer fluidity between home, client location, and office locations, with the expectation that you will be primarily out in front of clients
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Two or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Technical skills: knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions, and fiber-connected networks
- Relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to manage change and shifting priorities
