Key Responsibilities
• Partner with clients to understand their complex technology needs and provide tailored solutions using Spectrum's modern enterprise technology offerings.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to meet or exceed monthly quotas and achieve long-term client retention goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify target markets, industries, and contacts for product portfolio implementation.
• Foster strong relationships through face-to-face needs analysis, product proposals, and presentations.
Requirements
• Proven track record of success in telecommunications sales with at least eight years of experience exceeding goals.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, high-capacity networks, and fiber-connected networks.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills.
• Ability to manage change and shifting priorities as a quick learner.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
