Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information and guidance on our products and services to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical Skills: Computer literacy, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Skills: Time management, organization, critical thinking, and reliability.
• Abilities: Reading, writing, and speaking English fluently, interpreting analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain accurate records.
