About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Field Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while installing, repairing, and maintaining our services.
You will work independently with minimal supervision, using hand tools and working in various conditions and locations. You will also have the opportunity to learn technical and engineering skills on the job and build relationships both internally and externally.

Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Technical Skills: Problem-solving and technical aptitude; computer and software application use; accurately measuring distances using measuring tape; working with hand tools
- Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility, reliability
- Abilities: Interpreting analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices; troubleshooting; reading, writing, and speaking English language
- Physical Abilities: Ability to walk over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment; safely use weight-bearing equipment within maximum weight limitations (345 lbs); lift up to 90 lbs; climb ladders to a height of 32 feet; work in confined spaces and at heights; safely operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments
- Valid Driver's License: Required with satisfactory driving record within company standards; ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities
