Job Title: Field Technician
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 12pm to 9pm (1 hour break), Tuesday-Saturday, 12pm to 9pm (1 hour break)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be the face of our products and services, interacting with customers in their homes and providing world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair services for residential customers
- Provide education on proper use of Spectrum services and equipment
- Perform basic to advanced installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Technical aptitude, computer and software application use
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to walk over varied terrain in all weather conditions, carrying tools and equipment
