About the Job
We are seeking a team player with great customer service and professionalism to work as a Field Technician in our field-oriented role.
As a Field Technician, you will be the face of our products and services, delivering essential and innovative technology that people use in everyday life while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
You will install and repair services for customers, educate them on proper use of their services and equipment, and perform basic to installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residential customers.
The Field Technician will also be trained to complete reconnects and will work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and locations
- Valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record
