Responsibilities
- Install and maintain broadband services at customer locations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift up to 90 pounds and climb ladders to heights of 32 feet
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
