As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing services for our customers, educating them on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment, and providing world-class customer service. You will perform basic installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residential customers, all while working independently with minimal supervision.
