As a Field Technician, you will be the face of Spectrum's products and services. You will install, repair, and educate customers on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment. You will perform installations, disconnects, downgrades, upgrades, and reconnects for residential customers while providing world-class customer service.

You will work independently with minimal supervision and be responsible for working outdoors in various conditions and locations.
What You'll Bring to Spectrum:
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Technical skills: Problem solver with a technical aptitude, computer and software application use, measuring distances using a tape measure, and working with hand tools
- Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, and responsibility/reliability
- Abilities: Interpret analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices, troubleshooting, reading, writing, and speaking English
- Physical: Ability to walk over various terrain in different weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment, safely using weight-bearing equipment, lifting up to 90 lbs, climbing ladders to 32 feet, working in confined spaces, and operating a company vehicle
