Network Technician
At Spectrum, we are committed to providing our customers with the fastest and most reliable internet and TV services available. As a Network Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of these services to our customers.
You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our network infrastructure, including cable and fiber networks. Your daily interactions will be customer-facing, where you will install and repair services for residential customers, including basic to advanced installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also possess strong technical aptitude, computer skills, and accuracy when measuring distances using measuring tape and working with hand tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on network infrastructure
- Install and repair services for residential customers
- Basic to advanced installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Interpret analytics from soft tools, troubleshoot issues, and read, write, and speak English fluently
