Sales Supervisory Role with Spectrum
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales supervisor to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, meeting sales goals, and developing the skills of your team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of geographically assigned sales teams.
- Meet and exceed budgeted headcount and sales goals.
- Develop skills in others through training and coaching.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- ~2 years of Outside Sales or related work experience.
