In your role as a Customer Operations Intern, you will work on software development quality assurance initiatives, focusing on the contact center's back-office support. You'll work as part of a diverse and agile scrum team, analyzing test scenarios and working on test planning for new features and enhancements.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Work on software development quality assurance initiatives
- Analyze test scenarios and work on test planning for new features and enhancements
- Participate in a diverse and agile scrum team
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM-related major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
- A graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher
