Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports customer experience efforts to simplify and enhance it consistently.
- Excels in environments where effort is rewarded based on uncapped potential.
- Solicits new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads.
- Conducts consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers proactively.
- Develops and presents sales presentations/proposals on products that meet customers' needs.
- Fulfills all necessary paperwork for sales activities in accordance with quality control guidelines.
- Supports team goals by participating in sales meetings and training programs.
- Achieves monthly sales quotas in data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales.
- Completes administrative tasks related to sold products according to department practice.
- Informs manager about competitors' activities and changing pricing or marketing strategies.
- Attends and completes training programs successfully.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Engaging interpersonal skills are essential.

- Travel is required to assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable vehicle.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, software applications, and communication devices.

- A valid driver's license, insurance, satisfactory driving record, and a reliable vehicle are necessary.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Success in previous sales positions or prospecting; direct sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, especially data networking fundamentals.
Related Work Experience and Number of Years
2 years of sales or relevant work experience are preferred.
Working Conditions
- Spends 90% of time in an outside environment for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Minimal time in an office environment is expected.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels.
