Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

- Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads, utilizing a consultative approach to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct proactive needs analysis with new prospective customers, developing sales presentations and proposals that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities, adhering to quality control guidelines and department practices.
- SUPPORT TEAM AND TEAM GOALS BY PARTICIPATING IN SALES MEETINGS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS AS ASSIGNED.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Complete administrative tasks related to products sold, staying informed about competitors' activities and marketing directives.
- Attend and successfully complete training programs, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.

- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge relevant to the telecommunications industry.

- Success in previous sales positions, prospecting, or cold calling, with direct sales experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals and the ability to educate consumers on related products and services as needed.
Working Conditions:
- Spend approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
- Minimal time in an office environment, with occasional visits to company facilities for training and meetings.
