Job Description
Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas/properties with 20 doors through door-to-door solicitation and lobby events.
Responsibilities:
- Meet established monthly sales goals and increase sales volume through assigned leads and property portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential customers through personalized interactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell existing customers and add new services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns according to established company policies.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and market trends within the assigned territory.
- Participate in sales meetings and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skills.
- Able to travel to assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work outside for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and software applications.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience:
- Experience in sales or customer service (0-6 months).
