Job Description
Spectrum is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our Community Solutions sales team. As an Account Executive, you will sell our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities, and negotiating rights of entry, bulk sales agreements, and competitive service agreements.
In this role, you will interface regularly with high-level clientele, including C-suite executives, property owners, co-op/condo board members, lawyers, building managers, developers, and government officials.
