Job Summary
Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Retail Partnerships to join our fast-paced Retail Partners sales team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in growing revenues by maximizing sales through managing the day-to-day relationship of assigned Retail Partners. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with owners from assigned partners to create and manage growth plans, providing account management including audits, field visits, training, business reviews, product knowledge support, customer concerns, brand compliance, and merchandising. You will also conduct regular meetings, training, and account reviews with assigned partners while ensuring they are maximizing Spectrum sales, as well as meeting quality standards and KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to assigned Retail Partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned Retail Partners and ensure alignment with Spectrum's goals and objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Operations, Strategy, and divisional teams to ensure alignment with department and Company objectives.
- Conduct side-by-side selling of Spectrum services to customers at Retailer's locations, train and develop retailers.
